69rs League Rules and Policies
Although we strive to provide a trouble free gaming experience, there are certain situations which are unavoidable.
check all your worries and troubles at the door and come in for some fun! You will be sure to meet a friend or two in this family of ours!
If you have any problems with our league rules, tournament directors or players, please contact one of our league administrators. You will find their contact informtion onthe main league page.
You will find listed below our league rules and policies.
- I would like to remind everyone that the rooms where we play are not exclusively for our use. There are a lot of players who are there that are not part of our league. So let us try to be courteous to them as well, to try and keep the drama out of the room. Please remember, we are all adults, let us act like it. Thank you
- Please refrain from discussing, promoting or bashing other leagues in our rooms or during our tours. We do realise that some of our members may be involved with more than our league which is not a problem with us but recruiting or promoting other leagues in our rooms isn't allowed. Also remember to have the same courtesy for other leagues when playing in their rooms and not to mention the 69ers there. Thank you
- USE OF AUTO PROGRAMS IS NOT ACCEPTED.
- Pogo does not allow it and neither do we. The admins of the league reserve the right to remove a member from the league if that member is suspected of using a cheat program. All players are requested to notify andy TD, HTD or Admin of their suspicions and not to accuse the member in lobby. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
- I would like to talk to all of you about formal challenges/ladder matches. These were created by cases for members to have fun challenging each other.
It was also created as a way to have a friendly competition when no tours are available.
This aspect of league play is not to be used to harass other members in an un-sportsmanship manner….Failure to show sportmanship may result with 3 days in the penalty box. Both members must agree before the formal challenge is issued. If one or the other member does not show for a formal challenge, both players will be affected on the ladderstats.
We would also ask that you have one the the td's there to oversee the challenge.
- Each person must have their own league name and pogo name, we do realise with the state of the economy that it may not be possible to have two pogo accounts, however, when signing up for the league, each player must have their own account. Please remember that the names should match exactly; in the case where somebody is sharing a pogo account, please try to match that name as closely as possbile. This is for our td's and members to know who you are. You are also only allowed to have one account on the myleague site.
Case's security system tracks duplicate account information. If you have two 69ERS accounts, please withdraw one of them. The withdrawal function is found on the "My Account" tab at the top of the main page
- Our hosts are instructed to start the tournaments on time. Please be registered and in the game room at least 10 minutes before the tourney is to begin. Our td's are not obligated to wait for members to register or get in the room before they start the tournaments.
If you registered for the tourney, then it's your responsibility to be there on time or to withdraw yourself.
- In timed games, all players will begin when the TD says go. If you arrive late, you will start from the time you arrive and finish that round. That score from the time of your arrival is what will be counted for that round.
If you are booted, or freeze during the bowling tours, you may be given the option of adding 15 pts per missed frame up to and including the 5th frame of that game, if you return between frames 6 and 10, you may be awarded the average score of 150. If you are playing for the win, you will be given the option to rebowl, and your opponent will be given the option to rebowl or keep his current score.
- When you register for the tourney, you will have to check the "accept rules" box.
By checking this box you are acknowledging that you have red the games rules and league rules on this page, and have accepted and understood them
- Our tournament directors (TD'S) pride themselves in being fair to all players. You and fellow 69ers players are expected todo the same and be courteous to other players. Poor sportsmanship is frowned upon.
- Keep in mind that this is a family league..kid's may be present, so conduct yourself accordingly!!
- The number one rule is to have FUN, so relax, and enjoy yourselves. We are all here for the same reason, so let's make it enjoyable for everyone!
